The Role: 

An exciting opportunity has risen for a person who is dynamic and motivated individual to join Linear’s late phase team as a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA). On a day to day basis the CTA provides pivotal in-house operational support to the Clinical Project Manager and Clinical Trial Coordinator. You will be delight to work with, diligent, adaptive, use your initiative, handle pressure effectively and enjoy a challenge. Duties:

Responsibilities will include but are limited to:

• Working closely with project team, forging and nurturing strong positive cohesive working relationships with team members and cliental
• Assisting the Clinical Project Manager and Clinical Trial Coordinator with the successful running of clinical trials, monitoring participant safety, preparing study specific documents and working efficiently and effectively to tight timelines
• Performing clinical trial activities such as ECGS, vital sign, blood collection, venepuncture and monitoring participant safety. Full training in these procedures will be provided.
• This role may involve working evenings and weekends as required by study demands.

Skills and Experience:

• The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in related science of health science field
• Prior clinical trial/clinical research experience highly desirable
• Proven ability to work within team and foster a positive culture within the working environment
• Ability to multitask with ease, excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines with good time management skills
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with the participant and client
• Sound knowledge of ICH/CGP advantageous
• Excellent computer literacy, experience in using Google Apps, MS Word and MS Excel
