Care Manager - Responsible for residents with a mixture of needs we are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse that wants a Clinical leadership position. A great opportunity to manage the Clinical aspects of the home. This is a hands on position where you will be required to assist where needed on the floor,you will be supported by a team of one RN, EN's and PCA's.

You will be required to be a leader with excellent management skills as your direct report also oversees the management of other areas in the facility. The organisation offers support in the way of ACFI coordinators, Quality teams and administration team located at head office.
 
This is a challenging role and will requires someone with prior experience as a Care Manager who is ready to take on more responsibility within a rewarding organisation.

Qualifications/Essential Criteria

• AHPRA registration 
• Current Police Check 
• Post grad qualification (desirable)
• Excellent Communication skills
• Previous aged care experience
• At leas 2 years management exp.
• Excellent knowledge of aged care legislation
• ACFI experience
