About the Role

You will be responsible for managing care teams to ensure the highest standards of person-centered care. You will take the lead in delivering medication, maintain high-quality care documentation, complete care plans and assessments.

This is a permanent part-time role, 40 hours per fortnight across mornings and afternoons.  You will also be covering on-call shifts from time to time.

To be successful, you will have; 

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA certification
• Excellent clinical expertise and ability to lead teams
• Sound knowledge of Aged Care Legislation 
• Demonstrated experience as an RN in residential aged care 
• Full work rights in Australia
