Position: Educational Events Coordinator

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The accountabilities of this role require interaction with several departments within Mylan, including; Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Sales & Medical. Reporting of meetings, is of paramount importance to the business, making this role a key function within Mylan.The Educational Events Coordinator is responsible for:
- Handle & resolve sales representatives’ queries relating to processing educational meetings in the CRM.
- Assist in the process of entering all relevant office-initiated meetings (e.g. marketing initiatives meetings) in the CRM.
- Run CRM audit checks on a monthly basis & liaise with sales representatives and their managers, to close outstanding meetings that took place in the previous month.
- Administer & monitor the meetings’ legal agreement processes, in partnership with the meeting organiser and the Legal Department, to ensure efficient and effective execution in a timely manner.
- Work with the Business Intelligence team in analysing data from the CRM and creating reports, related to these meetings.
- Assist the sales representatives and other meeting organisers to reconcile the related business incurred expenses in the CRM
- Coordinate the printing & distribution of meeting invitations.
- Assist in other Commercial Excellence departmental tasks as required or requested.

- SharePoint knowledge (favorable but not essential).
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft applications.
