Facility Manager - North Melbourne - Aged Care

Located in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs, we are looking for a Senior Facility Manager to manage the operations of this large aged care facility. We require an outstanding aged care manager to really make this flagship facility their own.

This is a highly autonomous position with a great scope for career growth & skill set development. 

The Role: 

As the Facility Manager you will oversee the daily operations of the RACF. You will act as mentor to staff, you will have good business acumen, you will be a Registered Nurse with excellent clinical skills and you will have a genuine passion for aged care.

Requirements:

• Extensive Facility Management experience  
• Outstanding people & culture management skills
• Knowledge and hands on experience of change management 
• Current Nursing Registration (APHRA) Registered Nurse Div 1
• Experience in rostering and other HR duties
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ACFI
• Proven experience with accreditation standards\
• Solid nderstanding of continuous improvement
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
