Are you driven by responding to existing and emerging healthcare issues, including governance and assurance, patient and medication safety? Are you motivated by the opportunity to lead work towards accreditation under the revised National Standards, by enhancing leadership and improving frontline capability and capacity in safety and quality and analysing data for performance improvement? With the build of the New Maitland Hospital commencing this is the ideal time to consider your future with our team. What you'll be doing: Provide leadership, mentoring and co-ordination in regard to Accreditation preparation and Quality Improvement activity, and promotes evidence based practice and continuous performance improvement to improve health outcomes for our patients. Support the on site management of a range of quality, safety and consumer focused projects and programs of work.
