Kelly Services is recruiting for an Organisational Effectiveness Partner for one of our Government Client based in Sydney CBD working on a 6 months contract. The successful candidate will support key strategic initiatives across agency such as Strategic Workforce Planning and the division’s definition, scoping and engagement.

Key accountabilities:

• Help with the execution of Organisation Effectiveness strategies and develop planned and systemic interventions that deliver on the business-specific needs

• Consider and enable agility and scale through work design, organisation capability and developing

• structures to reinforce organisation culture and strategy.

• Partner with the business to plan and deliver agency / divisional initiatives, establishing governance over portfolio and change management

• Build and sustain productive relationships with Business’ leaders, People and Culture community to ascertain expectations, identify needs, resolve complex issues

• Research, design, develop, deliver and evaluate a suite of leading-edge projects, programs and initiatives

• Provide routine and ad-hoc reports and advice to key stakeholders to ensure informed business decisions are made regarding planning and resource allocation

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role with the public sector

• Delivered interventions with achievement of organisational performance and business outcomes

• Ability to analyse processes

• Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills
