The Client
Our client within a Federal Government agency is seeking Clinical Incident Lead with a clinical background and a strong attention to detail. This position is a long-term contract with possible extensions. Centrally based in Brisbane.

The Role
This role entails the use of clinical judgement, excellent administrative and organisational skills. It also requires investigation, analysis and problem-solving. This role requires obtaining and applying a level of technical knowledge.

If successful your duties will include but aren't limited to:

• Monitor and management of incidents referred to the clinical incident management service on a daily basis;
• Apply analysis and judgement when managing incidents to achieve resolution or minimise impact as quickly as possible;
• Ensure timely production of high-quality executive level deliverables aligned with expectations of established governance arrangements;
• Provision of support to the interface between clinical incidents and clinical risk management.
• Be available for an on-call roster to support 24/7 delivery of the clinical incident management service;
• Build and maintain relationships across the business to support the incident resolution, more specifically with the System Operations Incident Management Team and the Clinical Safety Team;
• Proactively drive the implementation of the Clinical Governance Framework across all areas of incident management;
