Randstad are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Officer with experience working within the public sector located within the Melbourne CBD. The role has some flexibility with the start date and is a temporary position.

We are looking for applicants with either a legal or teaching background, ideally with a relevant tertiary qualification in Education, as well as experience regarding information and knowledge management.

The role’s purpose is to contribute to administration & assessment, reviews & registrations and involves stakeholder liaison, as well as assessing and drafting correspondence while working within a small team.

The Key Accountabilities within the Quality Assessment Officer role include the following:

• Evaluation regarding the operation of quality assurance frameworks as well as systems and processes
• Investigations and research, identifying of possible issues, trends and risks
• Quality assurance identification that reflects regulatory, policy, or legislative requirements and strategic direction
• Development of quality assurance frameworks, processes, systems.
• Management of minimum compliance standards
• Preparation and presentation of comprehensive reports regarding policy and operational matters
• Ensure all bodies utilise required models and regulations
• Development and implementation of training and programs to improve compliance regarding legislation/regulations.
