Full Time – 5 year contract
$104k - $111k + 9.5% Super + Vehicle allowance – dependent on relevant experience, skills and knowledge
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, experienced, positive and passionate professional to lead our Fleet and Stores teams and functions across the organisation based at our at Field Operations Centre Seaford SA . Reporting to the Manager Fleet, Civil and Waste Operations, the Team Leader Fleet & Stores is responsible for leading and managing the provision of plant and fleet, mechanical maintenance and stores facilities to the organisation.
Responsibilities and required experience:
- Providing strategic leadership to and management of the Plant/Fleet and Stores management function
- Provide timely and relevant reporting to stakeholders based on collaboration and engagement across the organisation.
- High level skills in Financial Management of a significant capital and operating budget including internal recoveries and asset disposal management.
- Detailed knowledge and experience of tender specification, preparation and contract management relevant to diverse Plant and Fleet Management.
- Leading and managing the Plant, Fleet, Maintenance and Stores function across the organisation.
- Ability to analyse operational systems and process to support continuous improvement and drive innovation
The desirable applicant will be able to demonstrate strong experience in leading and developing people, reviews of service and the effective direction, leadership and performance management of team members, high level verbal and written communication skills.
