The Organisation

Highly regarded government agency located in Parramatta.

The Role

Multi-faceted Change Management role.  In this position you will be working closely with the Senior Project Manager to build a planning strategy to physically relocate staff to a new building. 

With a fit out to occur across two phases, you will also be responsible for managing the change to an Activity Based Workplace (ABW).  This will include digitization and a move towards a paperless office.  Work closely with the Records Management team as well as the Communications Manager to effectively manage and communicate this process. 

You will be working to a pre-planned agency template so there will be no requirements to 'reinvent the rules'.

This role will involve conducting meetings with stakeholders and having the confidence and ability to present to external and internal stakeholders in a group environment. 

The Person

The successful applicant will have experience as a Change Manager. 
Ideally this person will have ABW experience but it is not essential. 
Understanding of Fit-out
Government experience highly regarded. 
Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
Confidence and ability to facilitate workshops and presentations
Ability to work autonomously
