We’re looking for

An experienced and proactive Accounting Services specialist.

This is a varied and interesting role for someone with a proven background in accounts payable. Your knowledge and experience of accounts receivable will increase your competitiveness for this role.

You will have a strong work ethic, a high degree of integrity, high attention to detail, and a customer centric approach to your work.

DoT office is centrally located to public transport and the 140 urban retail, food and art destination.

We need someone who can

• Perform the full Accounts Payable cycle in a timely and accurate manner, including making payment runs
• Manage suppliers’ information and cash float register with high attention to detail and standards of integrity and security
• Assist with end of month and end of financial year procedures for Accounts Payable and/or Receivable
• Communicate effectively and deliver an excellent customer service

Successful applicants will be required to hold or obtain a current National Police Clearance prior to commencement.
