- $54,000 - $62,000 per annum + 20% loading + superannuation

In this position you will improve parking amenity and safety for residents, ratepayers and visitors to the Waverley area through regular patrols and presence in the community. You will promote the Council’s public image by providing quality customer service in accordance with the Council’s values.
The successful applicant must possess excellent communication skills and strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to deal with a diverse range of customers. You must be committed to delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a team environment. A NSW Higher School Certificate (or equivalent) and current class ‘C’ drivers licence are also essential.
Previous work experience in a regulatory/enforcement environment and knowledge of parking regulations is desirable.
