The Organisation
My client is a leading Projects and Servicing organisation that specialises in HVAC and Electrical services. They provide services to a range of Government and Corporate clients and the critical elements of the service delivery revolve around response times, limiting down time and maximising asset life.
The team is close knit, friendly, and supportive. The environment is fast paced and things can change at any moment and they are looking for a professional that can be a key element of that team.
The Role
Due to continued growth, a position has become available for a highly motivated Air Conditioning Service Manager to join the service team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for satisfying existing clients and obtaining new customers to ensure continued growth and success of the service department. The ideal candidate will possess the right technical abilities, leadership experience as well as the interpersonal skills to create strong relationships, adding value to its existing and future customers whilst ensuring the highest level of quality and service is provided.
Requirements/ Experience
- Extensive technical experience on a range of systems
- Some management experience
- Client liaison and Business Development
- Rotas and on call management
- ARTIC License
- Full driving license
