The carrot is the future options in terms of share ownership and potential equity in owning a piece of the pie. As the owner looks at his future and retirement, plans are being made for succession.
They are definitely one of those emerging players to watch out for in the next year or so and the type of company you want to get into if you are keen to progress at a pace that wouldn’t be available in a larger company already too top heavy.
Already competing with the top tiers in the structural building space, they have their sights set on the same position within the civil unit.
Your job would be to complement the Civil Director, take away some of the day to day project responsibilities so he can work on building up their client base.
He will be your mentor, grooming you into a Team Leader, refining your management capability and broader client facing expertise.
Budding mid-tier, sitting at just over 50 staff they are on the up and up. Recently attracted some top tier talent to add to the mix of solid Engineers they have managed to retain over the years.
Work environment second to none, bunch of mates, very friendly staff base, joy to arrive to every morning, very laid back, good sense of humour, very approachable management team.
Requires – 7-10 years’ experience in the civil engineering space in Sydney, consulting background, CPENg preferred.
