Our Client:

We are working with one of the most respected names in the Building Services industry that has been established for 45 years working from planning through to construction and maintenance of major projects.

They specialise in HVAC, fire detection & protection across Commercial, Health, Retail, Utilities, Residential, Education and Defence on some of the largest Construction projects in Australia.

We are currently looking for a Senior HVAC Project Manager to join the business and help deliver one of the most prestigious and exciting developments in NSW.

The Role:

Tertiary or other relevant qualification
Exceptional experience in HVAC engineering principles
Able to read and interpret technical schematics
Proven experience in the management of HVAC projects in excess of $5m
Proven ability to keep a project on budget and schedule - able to analyse and comprehend costs, documents and reports related to the project
Preferably worked on Tier 1 projects
Able to direct a team, manage sub-contractors and liaise with other building services providers
Strong IT skills and proficiency with MS office products
Excellent communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational capabilities
10 years + experience
