Phillip Riley in partnership with TILT Renewables are pleased to invite applications from Environmental, Stakeholder and Planning Managers who have experience with greenfield development of major infrastructure projects.

TILT Renewables develops, owns & operates renewable energy assets. Due to a newly created position they are seeking a leader to manage their Stakeholder and Environment teams.  They have a large international portfolio of operating assets and an exceptional portfolio of future projects in Australia and abroad.

As the Stakeholder and Environment Manager, you will report to the GM of Development and lead the environmental and community engagement teams, covering project development, stakeholder relations and environmental planning activities. You/your team will be responsible for securing environmental approvals of new projects  and operational assets in the portfolio; and secure land access agreements for new projects, including ongoing engagement with key stakeholders.

We wish to speak with people who have demonstrated experience in;
  • Developing large complex Infrastructure projects through from site identification, government approvals to financial close;
  • Industries including power generation, renewable energy, utilities, water, road, rail, mining & resources, oil & gas;
  • Formulating and managing project development plans/budgets;
  • Managing a range of stakeholders through planning and environmental approvals
  • Community engagement, particularly rural a regional communities
  • Leading a team of strong professionals through best coaching and mentoring practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (From landowner to CEO)
