Your new company
Is a company looking to double its team over the years to come and is looking for Electronics Technicians to fill the need driven by growth within the company.
Your new role
As an electronics Technician you will have technical knowledge across all equipment types used as well as be able to perform fault finding and preventive maintenance. Be capable, under limited supervision, of performing all test procedures applicable to the equipment and assist with analysis of results. Perform modifications & upgrades as required. Lead and perform off site work and training as required. Accurately record and document all work performed using the relevant company repair, refurbishment, upgrade and test procedures. Provide professional advice for the continuous improvement of repair systems, processes and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
- Completed a Diploma at Engineer level in the field of Electronics, Optics or system engineering
- Proven experience in complex system engineering support and maintenance
- Understanding of electronic modules and electrical/electronic wiring and competent to analyse and interpret technical documents, schematics and technical drawings.
- You will have Australian Defence Security clearance, failing that you will be an Australia Citizen for and eligible to apply for clearances.
- Demonstrated competency and ability to perform precision electronic assembly tasks
