About the role:
You will lead the coordination and management associated with the delivery of hydraulic services design. Therefore, the successful candidate will be proficient in technical leadership, delivering quality hydraulic services design and client facing. Strong communication skills as well as your concentrated experience in the local Building Services Industry will set you apart from other candidates.
To be considered for this role, you must be competent in the following areas;
- Identification of existing hydraulic service on site,
- Providing advice to architects for hydraulic services space allocation,
- Preparation of plans for tender,
- Be competent in specification writing,
- Be able to prepare reports and with clearly defined the outcomes.
- Have client and architect liaison skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications-Trade and a Hydraulic services or Design Diploma
- Upwards of 8+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Australian Standards 3500 and Fire Standards
- Technical leadership capabilities - high level of proficiency in performing hydraulic services engineering
- Computer skills, outlook, word and Excel
- Team orientation with a bias for achieving results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisation skills and enthusiasm for mentoring
- High level of direct involvement in delivering large scale projects
