The Opportunity
The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning and implementation of industrial, renewable, telecommunication and data centre projects. This role will ensure completion within time, cost, scope and quality constraints in accordance with the client and contractual requirements. In addition, they will be the effective interface with key internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for delivering multiple projects in complex environments, overseeing all aspects of the delivery from site schedule, HS&E and contract administration to quality and commissioning. They will have strong foundations in project and construction management taking ownership of all knowledge areas. The PM will be supported by in-house HSE&Q, finance, procurement and logistics and engineering teams but will be required to be heavily involved at a planning, delivery and implementation level. They will be able to work autonomously and relish challenges faced by a small team with a growing portfolio of projects.
What you need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination in telecommunications and critical infrastructures
- Experience with managing sub-contractors involved in design & construction
- Experience with managing company internal resources involved in design & construction
- Experience with the preparation and negotiation of quotations and variations
- Prior experience co-ordinating end to end project delivery
- Advanced communication skills and customer focus
- Experience using Ms Project and Aconex
- Ideally Electrical or Engineering Degree
