Our client is a genuine tier 1 HVAC D&C contractor working on the largest most complex commercial buildings across Australia and New Zealand.

With a huge portfolio of current projects in construction and a healthy pipeline moving forward they are looking to bolster their team in line with the company’s growth plans.

This role will suit an experienced drafter who has a very strong background within commercial construction working for the contractor.
To be successful in this role you will need the following;

• 5+ years’ experience working for a contractor within the mechanical services sector.
• A strong understanding of CAD MEP & REVIT
• Relevant experience within the local market in the HVAC contracting sector
• Solid understanding of Australian building codes
• Tertiary qualifications in mechanical engineering or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exposure to commercial building projects, ideally tier 1 scale
