My client one of the World's leading property & infrastructure groups are keen to hire a vastly experienced Rail Signalling Supervisor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior supervisor with a wealth of signalling experience to join a major contractor.

My client is paying above market rate, has a strong pipeline of work and has a progressive culture.

The Role

The primary objective of the Rail Signalling Supervisor will be accountable for the effective and efficient delivery of signalling construction services to the specified standards, safety, quality and cost. The signalling infrastructure must be installed in a safe, efficient and reliable manner to meet the project and AROs operating requirements.
  
As a Rail Signalling Supervisor on this high-profile infrastructure project you will be accountable for:
  • Planning, leading, organising and controlling resources to maximise the achievement of the key objectives whilst adhering to the project’s systems for execution of works
  • Driving a high-performance team by supervising the project works.
  • Managing subcontractors and direct labour in-line with the project construction schedule. 
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Extensive experience rail signalling engineering experience in successfully delivering large multi-site rail construction projects.
  • A high level of verbal and written communication skills with excellent planning and monitoring
  • Demonstrated capability to plan, execute and hand back critical works under pressure associated with rail possessions and effectively manage and coordinate multiple work crews, both internal and subcontractor, to achieve project aims.
  • Experience in engineering principles of planning, report preparation and scheduling and experience in multi-disciplinary rail projects are high advantageous.
While the estimated salary for the role is approximately up to $200,000 there is flexibility and each application will be treated individually.
