The Role:

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Carrum Downs head office team. You will be responsible for leading a team of staff and contractors, while also managing and developing key regional operations in a manner that complements the business strategy and service arrangements of Restorx Victoria.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage contract arrangements, compliance & performance for contractors & temporary staffing suppliers
• Undertake performance discussions & development plans with contractors & staff
• Supervise field based roles
• Manage recruitment & acquisition processes in key areas, ensuring the business operates with the skills, knowledge & workforce required
• Oversee the employment process & provide staff / contractors with the correct tools, resources & facilities to undertake their required duties
• Ensure all employees receive the required introduction, training & mentoring during the early stages of their employment
• Develop branding & marketing strategies for client & community engagement
• Monitor & manage key delivery performance indicators
• Control operational costs in accordance with annual budget forecasts
• Develop, implement & improve operational processes
• Quality control
• Grow & develop client relationships
• Investigate existing opportunities, competition & resource availability to ascertain the best strategies to penetrate the market in key areas

Key Selection Criteria:

• Prior experience in the Restoration, Construction or Insurance industry
• Ability to effectively lead & motivate a team of staff / contractors
• Relevant Qualification or Trade Background highly regarded, however not essential
• Account Management or Business Development experience advantageous , however not essential
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Strong negotiation & analytical skills
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Versatility & the ability to adapt to changing conditions / working environments
• Effective time management & organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities & work to strict deadlines
• Competent with Microsoft Office
• Current and valid motor vehicle licence
