Commercial Project Manager position available in Darwin

Your new company
This local contractor has been successful in winning a key commercial construction project in Darwin and are recruiting a Project manager to deliver it. Having completed some key Darwin project over the past few years this contractor has developed solid relationships in the local market.

Your new role
Joining their successful team you will be responsible for controlling the time, cost and quality of this construction project. This role will see you use your experience to lead the clients project and ensure it is delivered on time and to scope. You must be a professional in all of your day to day dealings and be able to develop and maintain strong relationships within the group and externally.

What you'll need to succeed
You will hold the relevant experience and education and have a proven track record in delivering commercial projects. High rise experience would be advantages for this role.

• Projects management qualification
• Tertiary education in a construction related area.
