Continued steady growth has resulted in a new opening for a Senior Project Manager.
It has been decided that they need to strengthen the long term outlook of the company and employ a Senior Project Manager with exceptional Design and Construct capabilities. They need someone with authentic leadership skills, an agile construction mind that will allow them to constantly refine and improve how they build and someone with exceptional client management abilities.
Just like this would be an important decision for you it is also a key decision for the company and all care will be taken to ensure that you feel invested in this new career move. It is not a quick fix.
Throughout the company history they have built many iconic buildings across a vast array of project types, typically in the $10 M - $200 M range. To be considered for this career role you need to have a solid track record of working on the planning, methodology and design phase of complex design and construct building projects. You need to excel at planning and be able to demonstrate that you are commercially sharp and capable of making major decisions with confidence. This builder wants to employ a Senior Project Manager who is happy to take projects from concept to completion and so always taking full ownership of the whole process.
The first project that you would be assigned to build for this organisation would be either a landmark $90 M commercial project.
