You will have experience working across within Construction Surveying, where your skills and technical knowledge has been honed. You pride yourself in your ability to manage stakeholders as well as being able to prioritize your workload to ensure deadlines are met. Focused on maintaining high productivity levels, you work well with a like-minded surveyors who excel in the construction industry.

Requirments

• The ability to make surveying decisions
• University or equivalent Surveying qualification
• Staff management experience for surveyors (preferable not essential)
• Experience in the use of LISCAD, 12d, AutoCAD and CivilCad (preferable)
• GPS knowledge
• Good communication and client facing skills
• Able to solve problems and show initiative
• A valid drivers' licence
• Ability to hit the ground running
• A strong commitment to safety

Responsibilities :

• Making strong and decisive survey focussed decisions 
• Working within a larger surveying team 
• Property detail surveys;
• Boundary and title investigations;
• Subdivision - strata and stratum subdivision;
• Small scale property developments
• Client interaction
