This is a highly rewarding but challenging role located in Mount Waverley within the busy Service and Warranty team.

Provide customer service to all internal and external customers after settlement throughout the Metricon Home Service Warranty period.

Reporting to the Scheduler Qualifier, your responsibilities will include:

• Provide our customers with effective and positive feedback on a professional level;
• Regularly review newly logged service / warranty items / photos raised by customers from settlement;
• Schedule in Suppliers and Trades as required, providing full, accurate and meaningful information and instructions;
• Process Tasks raised in the service / warranty queue dashboard; and
• Report to Team Leader on emerging trends, common issues raised by customers.

The successful candidate will have:

• Diploma in Building Construction is desirable, a Degree in an equivalent course is an added advantage;
• Reasonable trade background is an advantage;
• Working knowledge of construction processes and details;
• Working knowledge of contracts and plans;
• Competent Microsoft Office suite computer skills, particularly in Word; and
• Working knowledge of current Standards and Tolerances relevant to the home building industry, and any other industry publications.
