This mid sized company is one of Sydney's leading Quantity Surveying consultancies, and has a strong project pipeline across a range of project sectors, with a particular boom in Financial and Commerical projects. 
 
ABOUT THE POSITION.

Grow your career well beyond Junior Quantity Surveyor by joining this well established PQS consultancy, delivering multiple projects at one time across multiple sectors. Join this medium sized team and the vibrant environment in which it boasts. 

DUTIES.

This position will include and not be limited to:

• Cost planning and cost estimates
• Contract Administration 
• Progress claims, site visits, and variations
• Pre and post contractual duties 
• High level of Client liaison 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Degree qualification in Construction Management or equivalent 
• 2+ years local industry experience
• Strong CostX software experience 
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
