The role
The Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting the business to implement the Business Management System (BMS) and associated business processes across all offices and projects. The Quality Coordinator undertakes assurance activities such as internal audits, to ensure effective application and continual improvement.
The incumbent will role model SMEC values, ethics and code of conduct and ensure all business activities are carried out in accordance with these guiding principles.
Key Accountabilities:
- Actively coordinate the implementation of the BMS and related Quality processes;
- Engage effectively with key stakeholders to improve the BMS and its implementation;
- Conduct auditing, reporting and other assurance activities to support effective management decisions about BMS compliance.
With a track record of achievement in a related role, you ideally will have gained your experience in an engineering/design consultancy and have a passion for building trusted relationships.
