About the Role: 

My client is national home builder who is seeking a production estimator to join their Sydney office. You will be reporting directly to the Estimating Manager who will provide you with a platform to further develop your skills as an estimator. This is an excellent opportunity with a project home builder based in the Hills District. 

Duties:

• Managing tender & quoting procedures.
• Quantify materials & labour rates
• Set up BOQ templates
• Prepare all PO's & their distribution
• Work closely with the Project Managers to achieve a successful outcome on all sites
• Control company margins to all sites

Skills and Experience Required:

• Residential estimating experience.
• Good understanding of plans & specifications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Databuild, Timberline or other similar software
• Tertiary qualification in construction .
• Team player & an excellent attitude to work.
