The Role
  
Reporting to the Project Manager this role will provide you an excellent opportunity to showcase your organisational skills, communication and keen eye for detail on civil infrastructure projects.

You will be tasked with running a $70 million road project in the northern suburbs of Melbourne and be responsible for:

• Coordination of subcontractors as well as the team of leading hands, plant operators and labourers on site
• Arrangement of Plant, Labour and material resources for project
• Maintain daily record of site activities
• Daily monitoring of activity costs
• Monitor compliance with safety and environmental requirements
• Maintain compliance with construction program
• Ensure clients quality expectations are being met / exceeded (in accordance with specifications)

About You

• Several years experience working on civil road projects in a brownfield environment that have required a heavy focus on traffic management
• Great knowledge and respect of OHS procedures
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills 
• Local experience and knowledge of VicRoads specifications
