Your new company
My client is a well-established, Tier 2 Apartment Builder based in the Northern suburbs with over 20 years of success in constructing boutique Apartments valued up to $50M. With a number of high profile tenders secured, they are looking for a charismatic Project Manager to join their growing team to work on exciting up and coming projects scattered throughout Melbourne.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- The procurement process, coordinating subcontractors & liaising with the site team.
- Making sure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
- Managing all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, architects and internal staff.
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualification relevant to Construction.
- Proven track record in delivering both commercial and high end Apartment projects within Australia to the highest level as a leading Project Manager.
- A strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and subcontractors.
- An attitude which reflects our client’s culture which is positive and solutions focused.
- Outstanding presentation, leadership and communication skills.
