Operations Manager/General Manager - Building

We are looking to engage with Construction Managers looking to step up into an Operations/General Manager role with a very successful and growing building company or established General Managers’ looking for an engaging and rewarding new challenge.
Privately owned, this award winning organisation has grown into a builder with a reputation for quality and competence within the education, institutional, commercial and residential sectors with projects ranging from $5M to $40M+.
Our client is looking to engage with experienced Construction Managers/Operations Managers / General Managers who can demonstrate:
- Day to day operations of a growing construction firm
- Passion to make this position your own to support the growth and development of this business
- Management of multiple Project Managers and associated projects
- Excellent client management skills to maintain long term, repeat client relationships
- Ability to maintain an excellent company culture and environment
- Be able to develop staff, including but not limited to hiring, training and mentoring
- High level financial oversight
