EndFire Engineering is a leading independently operated fire protection company Established over 18 years with branches in Cairns, Brisbane, Townsville, Mackay and Darwin. We pride ourselves on our excellent reputation for delivering an exceptional service. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager with a strong focus on Customer Service and building the Team.
About the role
Reporting to the Directors this is an extremely varied role that requires an individual who is experienced in managing a busy Team and meeting deadlines. The daily duties will see you dealing with Service Clients, Facility Managers, and Project Managers. Managing staff performance of our Technicians, and Admin Team, as well as implementing Company policies and procedures and meeting our Customer expectations.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the management and business development of the Branch, including preparation of monthly reports.
To be considered for this position you must have experience in a similar role, demonstrate commercial focus, and have the ability to build and leverage relationships with clients and staff members.
This is a permanent position and the successful applicant will be based in our Cairns Office.

Skills and experience
You must have previous Management experience preferably in the Construction Industry or a Service Industry. Management qualifications whilst not essential would be viewed favourably.
