The company
National Tier 2 builder specialising in high and medium rise residential construction. Company operates extensively throughout Sydney metropolitan area on projects typically valued from $20million to $180million. They require a Construction Professional with an excellent eye for details and capability to co-ordinate trades to run their defects program.
Ideal Candidate
- A trade background in carpentry and or a construction management degree
- You will have extensive recent experience building units.
- Finishes or Defects background.
- Experience leading a team of foreman, trades and labourers on site
- Project Planning & Co ordination experience.
- Fantastic communication skills - both verbal and written
- Someone looking to get off site and into a managerial role
