About the role:

Reporting to the Construction Manager, this operationally driven role will best utilise your skills and expertise in the following areas:

• Supervising the construction of single and double storey builds from initial site works through to handover.
• Efficiently manage your allocated projects in an environment that supports the delivery of high quality homes to our customers - without compromise.
• Ensure compliance with our Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) practices and the associated legislation to support our commitment to zero harm.
• Actively identify and remove workplace hazards in accordance with our WHS policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate a high level of customer care at every interaction and collaborate effectively with contractors, suppliers and team members.

About you:

The successful candidate will be able to manage the technical and financial implications of construction project variations, make sound judgements under pressure, and thrive in a fast moving and constantly changing business. You will work with a high level of integrity and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to excellence in customer care. You will work autonomously, ensure that timeframes are strictly adhered to and deliver within budget without compromising on quality.

To be considered for this role, you should have experience in a similar role with a recognised volume home builder. You will hold trade qualifications in building, have a current Building Supervisor Licence (minimum two storey) and a White Card. Ideally you will also have a pool of experienced and reliable contractors to deliver a quality product every time.
