Homes by CMA, a leading New Home Builder is committed to recruiting outstanding individuals who share our passion for delivering contemporary, modern and affordable New Homes. As a Residential Site Supervisor, you will be responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the construction and quality of houses being constructed.
Reporting to the Construction Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the overall site performance of our home construction process;
- Maximising site production by managing a wide variety of Subcontractors;
- Continuously reviewing building practices and procedures;
The Successful Candidate will have:
- 2+ years experience as a Site Supervisor within the residential building industry;
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence;
- An understanding of building regulations within the BCA
- Previous experience working with and implementing quality assurance systems to Australian Standards;
- Strong subcontractor management capabilities;
- Knowledge of project management systems;
- Customer Service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- A strong work ethic;
