One of Australia's most renowned and well respected builders are looking to add a Senior Contracts Administrator to their already established and successful team in Melbourne. With projects up to $30 million to include industrial, aged care, education and commercial developments they have 2 major projects come up in the eastern suburbs.

As a Senior Contract Administrator you will have:

• Appropriate tertiary qualifications (ideally construction management)
• Experience on major commercial projects 
• Minimum of 5 years experience years in a similar role with a tier one/ two builder or developer
• Good attitude and strong communication

Reporting into a Contract Manager this is an excellent opportunity to work on major projects with a well regarded organisation with a huge pipeline of work.
