The Role
You will take a key role in the strategic planning and coordination of all business development and bid activities for the business. You will be responsible for securing work from both existing and new clients and continue to develop those relationships moving forward.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Undertaking strategic research to identify new markets relating to property and development industry.
- Putting together and conducting presentations and pitches
- Developing a calendar of events
- Overseeing major submissions and tenders
- Increasing the network of potential clients
- Developing strategic marketing plans with Senior Management
- Tracking business development and sales pipeline
- Producing fee proposals
- Managing their CRM system

Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will:
- have experience in a strategic business development role within the design or construction industry
- be professional and well-presented
- have strong written and oral communication skills
- have the drive to work independently to a consistently high standard
- have a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
