Job Description:
The role needs to have in-depth knowledge and ability to handle every stage of the bidding process, complex tenders and cost plans. You know how to pull a job apart and quickly identify risks, and be able to get this information back to the client in a timely manner. Cost planning, measuring and assisting with bids are also part of your responsibilities for the role.
Your Skills, Qualities & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a commercial estimator
- Knowledge on handling projects ranging from $1M to $50M value
- Outstanding multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Expert knowledge in Cost X
