CBC is now recruiting for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to start as soon as possible.  This role will be based out of the Notting Hill office, to support the coordination of facilities management and maintenance of an existing contract.  Ideally candidates will have a trade background, with experience in felid facilities management, be well presented and have good communication skills.

 

In this role you will be required to support the effective operation of the contract through coordinating the execution of weekly planned programmed and corrective maintenance activities and also refurbishments and minor project works, to ensure contractual standards are adhered to and that continuous improvement in regards to safety, performance and reliability is pursued.

 

To be successful in your application for this role you must have relevant experience, preferably working in facilities management, construction or a trade background.  A key responsibly of this role will have you coordinating and implementing activities across sites which involve direct labour and subcontractors so that response times, costs and quality requirements are met.

 

Skills and experience must include:

  • Confident in building client relationships, possesses excellent communication skills.
  • Strong client service focus.
  • PC literacy and proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of a Computerised Maintenance Management System knowledge (CMMS). CBC currently use Mex and custom built software.
  • Ability to work in all support aspects of service delivery including issuing work orders, quotations and logging faults into information management systems.
