Studio Constructions are looking for a committed energetic professional Foreman who is a skilled Carpenter in the first instance.
Studio Constructions offers complete construction services throughout Sydney and predominantly in the Sutherland Shire and Eastern Suburbs with our office based in Taren Point.
With a diverse breadth of experience, we deliver projects ranging from high end bespoke residential dwellings to contemporary office and other commercial and retail projects. Commitment to quality is a core value of our business.
To be considered for this role you will:
- First and foremost a confident and skilled residential carpenter
- Take the lead in a hands on role - you will be expected to do work on the tools as opposed to strictly managerial role.
- Supervise trades, schedule works, manage jobs from set out to handover.
- Understand project design documents from engineers to architect and have detailed understating of plan interpretation.
- Resolve any problems & ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Have a trade background in Carpentry/Building with experience in architectural builds as a Leading Hand or Foreman as you will be working on multi-million dollar projects.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, effective communicator and be well presented.
- Ability to work unsupervised and multi task effectively
- Drivers license and own vehicle

Salary is commensurate with experiencewith an expected salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 or suitable Hourly Rate depending on candidate skills, preference and negotiations.
