About the role: 

Reporting to the Estimating / Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for Production Estimating responsibilities including quantity take offs, material orders and pricing custom housing. As a senior team member, you will also provide mentoring and training to junior team members. 

Skills & Experience required: 

• Experience within residential estimating or a carpenter looking to come off tools.
• Previous use and understanding of Business Craft
• Knowledge of estimating from first principle ideal but not essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Experience in stakeholder management and leadership
