Our client is a leading mid tier contractor specializing in the civil and transport infrastructure including roads, bridges, earthworks and remediation, quarries, mining and subdivisions. They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their professional team.

As Project Manager, you will get the opportunity to work in a diverse role with long term prospects, managing a range of contracts and giving you the chance to enrich your experience.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Daily, weekly and monthly forecasting and budgeting
- Contract and material procurement
- Ensuring the efficient and effective resource allocation and utilisation
- Negotiation of commercial outcomes with contractors, consultants, land owners and regulators
- Maintaining consistent liaison between all internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 7+ experience as a Project Manager for Design and Construct projects
- Knowledge of construction methodology, ability to read drawings and strong analytical skills
- Experience in procurement and dealing with suppliers to ensure maximum cost efficiencies
- Experience in Water Infrastructure, Utilities or gas pipeline projects
- Previous experience managing project teams of engineers, supervisors and subcontractors
