Michael Page Construction are recruiting a Contracts Administrator for a successful Tier 2 Builder which has been a mainstay of the Brisbane construction industry for decades.
Client Details
Our client is a highly regarded commercial building contractor with a huge track record in the local market. Projects include:
- Aged care facilities
- School and university builds and refurbishments
- Industrial and manufacturing facilities
Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Letting sub-contracts
- Processing RFIs
- Working with the Project Manager to create savings where possible
- Working with the Site Management team to ensure the project schedule is realistic and well coordinated
Profile
Selection criteria will include:
- A stable work history, preferably within the commercial building industry
- Prior exposure to mainstream construction software (Cheops/Jobpac preferred but not essential)
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- A positive communication style and collaborative approach to problem solving
