At McNab our Health Safety and Environment Advisors are proactive construction professionals who manage safety through leading by example and understanding building processes by working collaboratively with our site teams.
In addition to this, we're looking for someone with:
- A dedicated and committed approach to a Safety First culture;
- Demonstrated solid experience as a health and safety professional in similar sized projects;
- Proven experience working on commercial construction sites (as opposed to resources)
- A trade qualification is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- The willingness to be routinely visible on site;
- A proven track record influencing a diverse group of people;
- In addition to the above you must have a minimum qualification of a Certificate IV in Work Place Health and Safety or similar, it will be your mission to maintain and lead the overall safety management of your projects.
