We are currently looking for an energetic, driven and experienced Building Supervisor to join our Northern suburbs Construction team. In this role, you'll report into an experienced and supportive Construction Manager and will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential builds.

A 'week in the life' -

• Supervising all work carried out on site
• Interpreting building plans, regulations, codes of practice, labour control and material deliveries in order to direct progress of work and monitor compliance with construction documents
• Negotiating with sub-contractors and coordinating their presence on site.
• Scheduling the coordination of building workers on site
• Arranging supplies of materials and equipment and verifying delivery
• Maintaining and updating Click Homes
• Completing quality assurance inspections
• Monitoring and controlling ETS spending

To be successful you'll present with the following - 

• Comparable volume building supervisory experience along with tertiary qualification in building and construction or similar discipline (ideal)
• Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail
• You'll have a vibrant, approachable and positive personality with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• An aptitude for management and leadership and be technically minded.
• Holder of a White card
