Tier 1 Night Shift Foreman - Mechanical /Services

A highly motivated and experienced Foreman is required by a Tier 1 builder who are currently building a substantial development within Melbourne's CBD on a commercial, retail and residential project.

• Night Shift Foreman
• $75 - $85 per hour
• CBD based project
• Tier 1 Building Contractor
• July 2018 start date 
• Mechanical and services experience needed

A Site Foreman is required by a tier 1 contractor, to manage trades and assist in the delivery of a the mechanical lift and services component which is due to commence in July 2018.

• The ideal candidate must require the following skills
• Ideally a carpentry background
• Mechanical / Services experience  
• Relevant Foreman experience at Tier 1-2 level 
• Experience on major projects $100M+
• Strong eye for detail 
• Good communication skills
• High level of organisational and time management skills
