A Senior Project Manager is required for an established Commercial Mid-Tier Builder, to manage a $15 million commercial construction new build project which is due to commence in September.

•  Northern Sydney office based
• To $200k package salary
•  This builder specialises in government and commercial construction projects from $5 - 20 million
•  $15 million commercial new build
•  Full order book of works for 2018/19
•  Immediate permanent opportunity
•  Established Mid-Tier Builder with 30 years trading history 
•  Long term career prospects with plenty of work available  

The ideal candidate must require the following skills:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a recognised mid- tier building contractor, and a solid CA background preferable
• Stable work history essential
• Construction management degree required
• Strong people skills
• Experience in delivering multiple projects in the commercial sector, with experience on structural projects
• Can handle and deal with high levels of responsibility
• Previous exposure to handling high specification projects
• An excellent understanding of costings, programming and budgeting
• Strong communication skills and excellent client facing skills
• Experience delivery commercial projects over $10 million
• High level of organisational and time management skills
• You will be self motivated and highly proactive
