Junior Project Coordinator
The Role:
HL Landscapes are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated applicant to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This role would see you gain invaluable industry experience, working closely with the Construction Manager and Estimating team. You will assist with bid-documentation, initiation of Won Projects and procurement of materials and contractors.
Primarily working from our Pemuluwuy office in Western Sydney but requiring attending sites and working with our project teams in maintaining quality and WHS registers.
Duties:
- Drawing Take-off’s
- Compiling bid documentation
- Assist with Managing Contracts and Variations
- Procuring materials & Subcontractors
- Maintaining registers
- WHS reporting
Essential skills and Experience
- Drivers Licence & own Transport
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Industry White card
Salary conditions will be negotibale based on experience
